His academic journey is extensive, culminating in a PhD in Environmental Biology, an MPhil in Marine Water Quality, and a BSc in Geography and Zoology, all from the University of the West Indies, Mona.

Demonstrating a robust professional profile, he holds esteemed designations as a Council Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC), a distinguished noise specialist, a proficient water quality expert, and is adept as a trained geographer and marine zoologist.
With an extensive tenure exceeding 29 years in the field, Dr. Campbell stands as a distinguished environmental scientist renowned for his expertise in Environmental Impact Assessments, spanning marine and terrestrial landscapes. His specialized focus encompasses Indoor Air Quality assessments, Environmental Monitoring and Management, and thorough Environmental Audits, particularly emphasizing the bauxite, sugar, and chemical industries. Dr. Campbell's professional breadth extends to conducting comprehensive assessments in acoustic/noise, indoor air quality, and water quality domains. He has established collaborative alliances with influential lending agencies such as the IFC and IDB, as well as forging partnerships with developers and fellow consultants, solidifying his impactful presence within the environmental sphere.
