Addendum Environmental Impact Assessment For The Proposed Princess Hotels And Resorts Development
Princess Resorts is developing a combination of four distinct hotel blocks and fourteen overwater sea rooms. Each hotel will cater to a different clientele, ranging from adults-only packages to family fun parks and public beach clubs. The resort’s four hotels will be constructed in two phases. During each phase, two hotels will share service areas, resulting in a lower plot ratio and environmental impact, as they will function operationally as a single hotel. This entails having one centralized kitchen, industrial area, warehouse area, personnel area, etc., for each phase. Additionally, one of the two hotels in each phase will be designated as “Adults Only” to diversify the product offering.
