Environmental Impact Study for proposed realignment of the North Coast Highway (Frankfort Bay to Reggae Beach, St. Mary)

The National Works Agency (NWA) has proposed a realignment of the North Coast Highway (NCH) in the vicinity of Frankfort Bay and Reggae Beach in St. Mary. The realignment is approximately 1km of the NCH in Frankfort Bay and is located approximately 6km east of the Ocho Rios Town Centre and 10km west of the Ian Fleming International Airport. The proposed preferred realignment intersects the NCH at the Charles Town- Three Hills Road where it traverses due east for approximately 1.6km, then re-joins the NCH adjacent to the eastern boundary of the Reggae Beach property, St. Mary.
