
Environmental Impact Assessment for Strengthening of Coastal Road Infrastructure Resilience to Climate Change Risk, St. Kitts and Nevis.
The Government of St. Kitts & Nevis, through the Ministry of Sustainable Development, decided to undertake a study aimed at reducing the vulnerability of its coastal population and infrastructure. The objective of the project is to reduce the susceptibility of the coastal road network to climate variability and related hazards while also contributing to the longer-term goal of improved living conditions for residents of the project communities.
CL Environmental was responsible for an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) which included Establish environmental baseline with biophysical surveys, Preparation of Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Environmental Waste Management Plan (EWMP).
